The LO Smile Team is a group of people who work passionately together to fill our community with beautiful smiles & to share a LIFE that is something to smile about! Half the team lives & works in Coos Bay / North Bend and half the team lives & works in Roseburg. Together they specialize in providing a comfortable, connected, efficient, convenient, positive, encouraging, empowering, and rewarding orthodontic experience. Hi, my name is Mikayla. I am the Roseburg Office Coordinator. Here at Dr. LeMert’s office, smiles are contagious! It is one of the most rewarding feelings, knowing that I am part of a team that restores confidence in patients daily. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, it is a blessed life.
Hello, my name is Yvette and I have been with LeMert Orthodontics since 2009. As the Roseburg Treatment Coordinator, I get to meet each new patient and help you get started on your smile journey. I also schedule LO community connection events and love all the ways I am involved in this busy practice. One of my favorite things about this position is getting to see our wonderful patients and their evolving beautiful smiles! I am a wife to a very busy husband, Jason, and mother to two beautiful daughters.
Hi, I'm Lisa! I started here at LO as a Scheduling Coordinator, and since 2016 I've been the Financial Coordinator. I love that everyone here at LO works together to make it a great environment for our team and our patients! When I'm not at work I'm at the YMCA, in my garden, dabbling in one of many hobbies, and doing things with my husband and amazing young adult kids.
Hello, I'm Tina Powers and I have the amazing job of Treatment Coordinator here at LeMert Orthodontics! I enjoy every part of helping people with their smile goals. All my co-workers are wonderfult to work wth and true friends. When I'm not at work, I love all the amazing nature here in Roseburg... hiking, paddle barding, walking my dogs and hanging with my awesome sons!

Hi! I'm Leann and I've been working here since 2007. I'm a Lab Technician, Scanner, and the Senior Birthday Specialist :-). It is such a joy for me to be part of this team and to help our patients have healthy and beautiful smiles! Meeting and getting to know our patients is one of the many reasons I love my job! I'm living my childhood dream with my husband on our small hobby farm. We have three, wonderful, grown, children, a daughter-in-law and three beautiful grandbabies! I love people and serving in my church!
Hello, I’m Wyatt. I graduated from the Dental Assistant program at South Western Oregon Community College in 2017. Since then, I have been working happily for Dr. LeMert and with the Smile Team! I work as a Lab Technician, Scanner, and Assistant. What I love the most about orthodontics is seeing the amazing results. Helping people to have a beautiful smile is why I love my job. Outside of work I enjoy activities involving the beach whether it’s fishing, swimming or even walking along the shore.

Hello there, I’m Tania and you will most likely see me at the front desk since I am the Scheduling Coordinator for the Coos Bay / North Bend office. I love being able to see everyone’s smiles as they walk through the front door. If you ever have a question, always feel free and comfortable in asking me. I have an amazing, adventurous husband who is always making me laugh. We also have 2 little fur babies named Yoshi & Olive. Oh and I’m sorry if you ever hear me singing at the office, I just love to sing!

I graduated the dental assisting program at UCC and joined the LO smile team in 2021 :) I was raised in a small town here in Oregon called Veneta and am now living in Yoncalla, OR and I like it a whole lot! LeMert Orthodontics is my home away from home, and I feel very blessed to work somewhere that is always so full of love and laughter, and has the coolest patients that make it even greater! Talking with patients is always a highlight to my work day. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my beautiful daughter, Lauren. I like to take advantage of living on the best coast, the West coast, exploring and doing all of the great things there is to do in the Pacific Northwest!

I've lived in Roseburg since 2000 after moving from my hometown of Perth, Western Australia. Outside of work I love indulging in anything creative like gourmet cooking, graphic design, visiting art galleries, or perfume making. I also love hanging out with my three children.

I’m Abby, I started here in 2015 as a Scheduling Coordinator, then completed training to become an Orthodontic Clinician, and now use the knowledge of both those positions in my role as Office Coordinator for our Coos Bay location. Watching our patient’s smiles transform over the course of their treatment is so fulfilling. It is a blessing to work as part of such a fun, loving, and supportive team. In my free time I absolutely love exploring this beautiful state and spending as much time in the river as possible.

I am a Jersey girl born and raised, moved to the beautiful Oregon coast in 2020. I love a good cup of "cawfee" and spend a lot of my time cooking and spending time outdoors disc golfing, hiking, and soaking in the gorgeous coast!
