Hi, my name is Dana! I've been a part of the amazing team here at LeMert Varner Orthodontics since 2004. My goal is to make sure that everyone has a positive and welcoming experience at our office at their first visit and continue on until their treatment is completed. I like to have fun with my patients, so you may see me singing my favortite song in the clinic with a patient or giving a hug in the reception area. Wherever it may be, you will find me enjoying every minute of my job!! I can honestly say that I am excited to get to work every day to make someone’s day brighter. When I'm not in the office talking about orthodontics, I am spending time with my wonderful husband Marty and my three awesome kids Josh, Ashley, and Austin.
Hi, my name is Dawn. I’ve worked with Dr. Varner since 1976. Now that Dr. LeMert has come on board, I may be here another 30 years. Work just doesn’t get any better than this. The most rewarding part of my job is, without a doubt, the day that the braces finally come off and we reveal that awesome smile that everyone has worked so hard for. Outside the office, my husband Mark and I love spending time with our kids and grandkids. They are the light of our life. I wouldn’t be complete without mentioning my love for the Lord. He’s the one who’s given me all these blessings. My cup overflows!
Hi, my name is Laura. I’m the one you will either hear laughing or getting laughed at. I think it’s important to have fun at work, so it’s my goal for our patients to have fun here too. I am proud to say that I have been working here since 1996 and I love every minute of it. When I originally started working here, I didn’t have any children. Since that time, my husband Tate and I have had 2 beautiful kids, Madison and Trevor. My family is the love of my life and when I am not at work, you will most likely see us out in the community either at a sporting or social event. We truly enjoy the outdoors. When I think of my job and what we do here, I have to say the most rewarding part is seeing the final result and watching the patients' smiles transform into something truly amazing. Having been a patient here myself as a teenager, I totally understand what others are going through and I want to make them feel as comfortable as I felt and give them the best possible experience.
Hi, my name is Jill and I have been a chairside Orthodontic Assistant for 20+ years. I have been working with Dr. Varner and Dr. LeMert for the last 6 years. I love working in the orthodontic world because it’s such a positive atmosphere, creating beautiful smiles for all ages. I love having the opportunity to develop long-lasting relationships with our patients as well. I’m known as “the pinch hitter” of the office, doubling as a scheduling coordinator and an orthodontic assistant. At home, I have a wonderful husband and son who are both very supportive of my work. For family fun we enjoy camping, hunting, water sports, and riding the dunes with our quads. “Life is good”….
Hi my name is Kathie. I'm an assistant for Lemert/Varner Orthodontics. I have been in the orthodontic field for about 25 years. I have made this my career because I believe in what we do and that is making people have beautiful smiles. It is so very rewarding to get to know all the great people that we serve here. We also have a great team of girls to work with every day and that makes our office a very positive office to work in. Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my husband Rod, my daughters and their families. We also love getting together with friends for barbeques, golfing, yard games and just having lots of fun together.
Hi, my name is Vicki and I have been working in the orthodontic field since 1973. My favorite thing about my job is having the opportunity to get to know the patients and their families so well. Getting to be a part of creating a beautiful smile is very rewarding. I feel blessed to also be part of a dedicated team of co-workers. Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my husband Jim. We love anything to do with the outdoors: kayaking, hiking, photography, gardening, and fishing. I also enjoy cooking and creating new recipes. We have 2 children and 9 grandchildren.
Hi, my name is Alissa. I have been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2005. When I am not at work you will find that I am spending time with my husband Brad and daughter Aubrey. I am very interested in athletics and many outdoor activities. My intention for this practice is to provide the very best care for our patients and to do everything with a smile. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. LeMert and the rest of the staff. I hope that you will enjoy the friendly and professional atmosphere that we provide in this practice.
Hi, my name is Leann. I’m the Lab Technician and I mostly work in the back office where our lab is located. My job here is to pour up in stone our patients' models, to create some of our orthodontic appliances and to make lower retainers right here on site. I love the work that I do here and I truly believe that helps make me good at my position. I am creative and very detail oriented and have the patience to work with intricate objects. When I am not at work, my favorite things to do are to spend time on our small farm with my husband, two sons and daughter. I love working out at the gym together as a family and cheering my kids on at their ball games, and we are also very involved in our church. I feel very blessed to be a part of this incredible orthodontic staff. We are a unified team here and we all love and care about our patients.
Hello, my name is Daleen. I thoroughly enjoy working here and meeting all the great families and patients that come through our door! My job is financial coordinator. I love what I do and my co-workers are pretty phenomenal. We are all friends outside of work, so that makes work a pretty awesome place to be! When I’m not at the office, I adore spending time with my husband Dennis and our children and grandchildren. We love camping, biking, skiing and just spending time making wonderful memories together with our families. We are big sports fans as our son plays in the minor league for the LA Dodgers. Life is good and we try to live every moment to its fullest.
Hi, my name is Marla and I am the Scheduling Coordinator. I love the atmosphere of Dr. LeMert and Dr. Varner's office. The doctors, assistants and office staff are welcoming, helpful, kind and all have the most positive attitudes. I like helping people and this office is the perfect place for me. My interests include spending time with family, running, yoga, singing, playing fantasy football, taking my dogs for a walk on a beautiful morning, and vacationing on tropical islands. I am blessed with a wonderful husband, a loving mom and two caring step sons.
Hello, my name is Yvette and I am very excited to be part of this wonderful team! I love seeing all the beautiful smiles come through our office. I work two days per week at the front desk helping our scheduling coordinator. I have several years' experience working in a busy office setting, along with experience working in another orthodontic office. On my off days you will find me taking care of my two wonderful daughters, ages 9 and 5, and spending time with my husband Jason.
